lost interest for few months seeing as my woman left me If only women were as reliable as a VW!!!just me and the two busses now. started by rebuilding window frames hopefully welding in next month. will IRS this bus for daily driving. already have 1303 gearbox

I dont know how this Mexican kombi came to Brazil, since we still making kombis here. Is a mistery. This Bay looks like it was made to be a camper, cause the side window, the roof strange hangers (to a tend mabe?) the iternal insulation... the two baterys... but now they use it to transport soud boxes as amps for party pourpose. -0----------- No sei como esta kombi mexicana veio parar em Campo Grande MS Brazil, sendo que ainda fabricamos kombis e o que no falta aqui kombi pra vender..? Parece uma kombi para acampar, pois tem janelas basculantes e suporte para tenda no teto. toda isolada contra frio e calor, tem duas baterias. Muito loca.

Last night i finaly make the fumes and smel of gas stop inside my bus, by using poliestilene foam and some silicone glue for smal places. To find where to glue, i use a flashlight inside the engine compartment (at night), while im in the bus looking for the spots to insulate.-------- Finalmente resolvi o problema de cheiro de gaz carbonico e gasolina dentro da kombi. Usei uma espuma spray, que cresce 70% do tamanho depois de aplicada para isolar os espaos maiores, e cola de silicone para os menores. Para achar os lugares por onde o ar passa usei uma lanterna detro do compartimento do motor(a noite), e de dentreo da kombi achei os pontos a serem colados. Ficou muito bom o resultado.

I was lucky to find this bus with so many bits still on it.The main problems are tail lights and a bit of rust. But its going to be an awsome project

Hello, this is my Volkswagen Bus 1988, is of fabricacin national, I am from Argentina. My VW BUS is average Camper, because has two sofa Beds and a hidden table. These they are my photos and a link, that carries them to my paginates personnel, that is of my band of Soul and Blues, with the one that I travel in my Kombi. redefiniendo el viaje, hoy 4 de junio del 2006 estamos en Joao Pessoa - Brasil. El 26 de diciembre salimos de Buenos Aires (Argentina) y la meta propuesta es Alaska (EEUU). Actualmente rodamos mas de 15000km y seguimos rumbo a venezuela

las punterias de el motor de la Kombi guinda con blanco de mi amigo Jorge, estaban muy desajustadas pero asi salimos. En el camino se necesitaron ajustar, pues en subidas iva muy lento y se calento demasiado.
