Original condition 1956 single cab, only 36,000 miles!

Bought it from a farmer for $1900 cdn. Pressed bumpers, bubble tail lights and reflectors, brakelight decklid (all working), canadian VW badge, and original interior and paint. Nice to know there are still good finds! With so little rust I think I'll drive it for a long while like this.

06/20/03	Jason Toner	Actually, funny you mention camper stuff! I bought a 60 Westfalia 2 years bfore this truck with all the camper interior the year before for $400 canadian. Parted out the bus but still have the interior. (icebox, cabinet, etc.)

speed bump high centering device

This is a rare speed bump high centerer for slammed buses. Effectively high centers your bus while traversing speed bumps or steeply pitched driveways. Requires very solid jack points.

Running gear looks to me like a tail dragger wheel off an aircraft. Very high quality. Any help on the history of the trailer would be appreciated! Thanks

I jsut picked this little unit up. Anyone seen anything like it? It has no identifying marks. The fiberglass on the inside is mat as opposed the fabric indicating early 60's?
