10/09/02 johnny the only thing cal-look is good for is killing the value, that will make it affordable for the next owner to do a real restoration
10/09/02 Jules Still looks prety good here (Apart from the naf mirrors!) If it had not been done then, it may never have made it to a present day restoration??

This car has come from the factory as a panel and someone has "made a bus of it" afterwards. The reason is in the taxes between panels and Kombis... Now it's getting better on my yard.

I think I found your 54's soul mate. Attached are some pics of the 57 Deluxe I just bought. Looks much like yours did. I think I am going to part it out as the rust is just too bad. Lots of ground rot and the roof is about rotted off at the rain gutters. Do you happen to know anyone who has a pressed bumper trim piece for sale. This bus is missing the one on the drivers side. I understand they are longer than normal ones.
