Ex-Australian Airforce Mobile Air Traffic Control Tower Based on a 1967 double door panel van. Converted in 1970-1971 by the RAAF. Used to deploy Mirage jet fighters and F-111 to battle on excersise and then control them on their return. Originaly had a trailer with an airconditioner and generator on it. The air was pumped through the duct at the back and exited through punker leouvres on the inside. It was manned by two controllers. I Recently restored it in Darwin,Northern Territory,Australia.

Old gas pump and sideloader
The Elephant Motel (1848) has a cool bar-restaurant that is only open when the owners want to be open. There is no waitresses, bartender or cooks. Its cook/serve/clean-up yourself and give what you want. The gas pump is only in 1 gal increments and has no price dial, I'd say it is pre 1920's. The couple that owns it are good timers.

09/17/02 I want a Beer from Rudolph a great big thank you is in order for Jerry for being MC more or less for all the activities at jerome. i was so happy to see his bus and lady maggoo bus both in attendance. also, we need to really thank the old man on the hill for a wonderful weekend !!!
